Online Orders and Notary Registration Instructions and User Policy

NotaryTracker™ - Online Orders
  1. You will be given a username and password to log in.
  2. Once logged into the system, you will be able to upload your Clients and Signing Agents database from Notary Tracker - Signing Agency Pro.
  3. Your clients will be given a username an password, which they will use to log in and request appointments.
  4. Once an appointment has been submitted, you will receive an email or page.
  5. You clients will be able to track the appointment as you updated its status.
  6. You may add clients and signing agents directly into the system, or, with our Notary Registrations service, signing agents will be added automatically into your database as they register online.
  7. The Clients, Signing Agents, and Appointments databases can be downloaded to the Notary Tracker - Signing Agency Pro.

NotaryTracker™ - Notary Registrations
  1. Notaries will have a username and password that they will use to log into the system.
  2. Once logged in, they will be able to register with your company.
  3. After a registration has been submitted, you will receive an email notifying you of new signups.

NotaryTracker™ - User Agreement
  • Do not share your username and password with anyone other than who they were intended to be used for.
  • We do not anticipated an Internet outage. However, in the unlikely event that there is an outage of more than 2hours on a particular day, you will be credited for a full day of service.
